Gallery: Photos from the April 2010 Style Show (Thanks for the photos, Tina!)
On April 11 the Guild presented a style show as part
of
its month-long exhibit and sale in the Chesterton Art Center. At
the President's request, many members wove or knit baby blankets for a
"wall
of warmth". After the show, most of the baby blankets in the show
were donated to Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis. In the
style show, members and friends modeled handwoven and knit shawls,
ruanas, jackets, scarves, and a skirt. Photos of
a sample of the work that was modeled are below.
